1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "09 jili" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at 09jili.org and all associated services, features, and content.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 09 jili platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the 09 jili platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's 09 jili account, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by 09 jili.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region in which access to or use of online gaming platforms is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 09 jili platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 09 jili Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 09 jili. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 09 jili relating to your use of the platform.

3Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 09 jili, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style online gambling in the Philippines and is strictly enforced by 09 jili without exception.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 09 jili is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 09 jili, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 09 jili or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

4Account Registration

To access the full range of 09 jili services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 09 jili platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must notify 09 jili immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• 09 jili reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any time. Failure to cooperate with KYC procedures may result in account suspension or closure.
• Accounts must be registered in the Player's own legal name. Accounts registered in a false name or on behalf of another person are prohibited and will be closed.

09 jili reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 09 jili platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya / Maya, debit card, and bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt by 09 jili's payment processing systems. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. 09 jili reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the account cashier section of the platform.
• 09 jili does not accept deposits funded by credit cards. Deposits must be made using the accepted methods listed above.
• Cryptocurrency of any kind is not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method on the 09 jili platform.
• 09 jili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected bonus abuse.

6Bonuses & Promotions

09 jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account balance. Real-money funds are used first in wagering unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• 09 jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who have opted into the self-exclusion programme are not eligible to receive or use any bonus or promotional offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

7Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 09 jili platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply across all games:

• All games on the 09 jili platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios and are subject to independent oversight.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on 09 jili's servers, the server record shall be deemed definitive.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, 09 jili will endeavour to restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, the wager will be refunded to the Player's account balance.
• 09 jili reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or manipulation.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. 09 jili accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 09 jili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with any third party to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 09 jili immediately.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 09 jili staff or other Players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or infrastructure.

9Responsible Gaming

09 jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms & Conditions:

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time via the account settings section of the platform.
• Players may set session time limits to receive notifications when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Players who wish to take a break from gaming may apply for a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the 09 jili platform may apply for self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming page. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the minimum period selected.
• 09 jili will not send promotional communications to Players who are subject to a self-exclusion order.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 09 jili platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of 09 jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 09 jili platform without the prior written consent of 09 jili.
• The 09 jili name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of 09 jili. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 09 jili's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• 09 jili provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• 09 jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• 09 jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 09 jili's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12Privacy & Data

09 jili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

09 jili implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 09 jili cannot guarantee absolute data security.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact 09 jili's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 09 jili will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

14Amendments to These Terms

09 jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 09 jili will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 09 jili platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
